    1962 FORD THUNDERBIRD SPORTS ROADSTER A 390

    TO THE BEST OF OUR KNOWLEDGE:

    FROM A PRIVATE COLLECTION OF 20 CARS THAT TOOK 30 YEARS TO ACCUMULATE.  GENUINE SPORTS ROADSTER, CODE 89 IN THE VIN DETERMINES THIS AS A FACTORY BUILT ROADSTER.  ONLY 1,427 WERE BUILT TOTAL.  THE PACKAGE INCLUDED A FIBERGLASS TONNEAU COVER THAT TRANSFORMS THE CAR INTO A 2 SEATER.  ALSO INCLUDES A PASSENGER GRAB BAR AND 4 DAZZLING KELSEY HAYES WIRE WHEELS, FENDER SKIRTS WERE DELETED TO SHOW OFF THE WHEELS.  THIS CAR IS A GOOD DRIVER, CRUISE NIGHT CONDITION.  POWERFUL 390 ENGINE RUNS PERFECTLY.  THE CONVERTIBLE TOP OPERATION IS IMPRESSIVE.  THE ENTIRE TRUNK LID OPENS AND TOP FOLDS INSIDE WITH THE PUSH OF A SWITCH.  THE TONNEAU COVER EASILY LIFTS OFF FOR USE OF REAR SEAT.  TONNEAU COVER DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH THE TOP.  RARE CAR, REMEMBER THIS IS ONE OF THE ORIGINAL ROADSTERS!
