Polly gas was an independent gasoline brand owned by the Wilshire Oil Co., hailing from Southern California. The Polly gas brand has seen a popular resurgence in recent years due to it's distinct green, black and yellow graphics and it's unique Parrot mascot. Thanks to the efforts of Petroliana collectors across the United States, this colorful fuel brand has been rescued from obscurity. Whether you're a fan of this Californian label or a collector of fine Petroliana relics in general, this 1929 Model A Wrecker will surely be the centerpiece of your collection.The entire drivetrain of this Model A Pickup has been completely rebuilt, including all four wheels, brakes, springs, drums, oil pump manifolds, tires, electrical...just to name a few! The bed houses an authentic Weaver 1/2 ton crane with a locking manual winch (for display only). The truck isn't just for show either. It runs very strong and drives like a dream.
