The deluxe 8 models used the same bodies as the deluxe 6 models.
The deluxe 8 models used the same bodies as the deluxe 6 models. An "8" emblem was affixed to the front chevron-shaped trim plate. A Pontiac eight nameplate was on the rear deck. The eight cylinder hood ornament had a plastic Indian-head mounted in a metal base. The Lhead inline 8 248.9 cu in with 100 horse was a peppy engine for the coupe. This one was recently rebuilt along with all new brakes. This car was repainted 15 years ago and has nice chrome with grey mohair interior.
