Westfalia High Top Camper

First time offered. From our Camper and RV museum exhibit. We purchased this bus in 2015 from a woman in California who owned it for several years. With only 79k miles it was restored as needed including the mechanical maintenance. The woman we purchased it from had this bus in use and would use it for camping, its not just a display piece. It is a factory conversion of which is estimated to be less than 300 made. The van has been a California vehicle its entire life until we purchased it. It has zero rust. The interior is authentically restored with a bed for 2, fridge, sink and propane stove. It also has a retractable owning. The high-top provides room for standing as well as extra and permanent storage vs the pop-up style campers. The high-tops are the rarest of the conversions.

When we purchased the bus we added the new radial wide white walls and bought numerous props to display within the exhibit, otherwise it is just as we bought it. It has been a very popular display in our exhibit, America has a love affair with the VW buses. However we no longer have the room to display it which is why we are listing it for sale. If we had the space, we'd be keeping it.
