Columbia 2 Speed Rear End- Dearborn Award

The arguably most collectible and desirable was the Deluxe 1939 Ford Convertible. Their tear drop head lights blended into the leading edges of the front fenders; a grill that set lower in the hood with vertical bars with a slimmer more stream line body. Last year of the Rumble seat and floor shift, first year for the hydraulic brakes. The gorgeous 1939 Convertible is loaded with most all accessories. It is a beautiful example of a stand up older restoration with a wonderful smooth laser straight good fitting body. Good floors, clean under carriage. Clad in Folkstone gray that still looks very good. Chrome is show accented with wide whitewalls, chrome caps and wheel rings. Convertible top is black with red pipping, interior is Lebonny double stitched leather. Engine rebuilt mated AB Block to 3 speed floor shift transmission and a rare Columbia 2 speed rear end. The engine is tuned to start and run smooth like new. Plenty of power and Flathead loafs at 55 MPH in high speed. She had plenty of love as I personally know the owners. A great driver ready to show or go. This is a good one!! Bill Grams - Museum owner 55 years. Youtube video available upon request.
