1 woman owner since new! Frame off restored.

The lovely lady that bought this car new still owns it today! It is a true 1 owner car. She had it recently restored. We have a full collection of photos showing the body off the frame on a rotisserie. It was taken down to a bare shell. Has documentation going back to day 1.

EXTERIOR: Photos document the extent they went through on the body restoration. It was stripped to a bare metal shell. The entire front end, doors, trunk, top were removed. Body was on a rotisserie so it could be restored from every angle. It is all metal, no rust. It was given a glossy smooth coat of original Corinthian white. It was painted apart so inside the fenders, doors, bottom of trunk lid and cowl are sealed in gloss white too. It was reassembled and the paint was polished smooth. The convertible top frame was reinstalled, it was given a new black convertible. The exterior trim is great, mostly restored or new. Grill is good original but the bumper and trim on top the fenders is new. The trim down the sides and around the wheel wells is restored. The red insert is sharp looking. Real pretty deluxe mirrors look new. Door handles and trim around convertible are rechromed. In back it looks great, the bumper is rechromed and the trim looks close to new. Hubcaps are in excellent condition. The wide whitewalls dress it up. Jambs are clean, new weatherstrips.

INTERIOR: Look how that red pops against the white, it's beautiful. We have pictures of the interior completely stripped out. The floors were cleaned and painted gloss white to seal them. Insulation was installed from the firewall down. The dash area was completely stripped down to the bare metal shell. It was prepped for a glossy smooth coat of red paint. All the knobs, gauges etc was cleaned and reinstalled. An upgraded retro stereo was put in the factory hole. All the upholstery has been replaced with correct reproduction. The seats have white stripes and chrome strips. New convertible top boot is, door panels with the chrome foil trim, new armrests etc. Red seatbelts were installed front and back.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It was completely taken apart during restoration. The components were inspected, cleaned or painted and properly reinstalled. Hoses, belts replaced. The 352 motor has been maintained and runs smooth. It is detailed like it looked when it was new. Correct air cleaner, valve covers painted turquoise. Has the washer bag- there is a lever under the dash that you pump to make the squirters work, I thought that was cool. Has power steering.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: During restoration the entire trunk compartment was stripped and painted a durable gloss white. Has new plaid mat and cardboard filler panels. Jack and spare are mounted properly. The tire is a matching whitewall. Weatherstrip was replaced, latches are cleaned.

UNDERSIDE: The bottom of this car is all metal, no rust. The body was flipped on it's side on a rotisserie. It was blasted bare, properly repaired, sealed and painted. The chassis was cleaned, inspected and painted. The car has been properly maintained and will include receipts. Just by looking at it you can tell the exhaust, brake hoses, power steering system, shocks and more have been replaced recently. The transmission is the 3 speed Cruise-O-Matic, shifts smooth. Tail shaft seal looks newer.

This Sunliner looks great and it's a smooth operator. The ride, the motor, the steering is very smooth. It was a pleasure to drive. The new owner will be very satisfied!
