Factory Five Cobra, supercharged excitement!

The most exhilarating car to drive. The roar of the exhaust, go cart like handling, over abundance of power and the feel of an open air cockpit will gets anyone's heart pumping. Manufactured by Factory Five, it is a high quality tribute.

EXTERIOR: Factory Five created a body very authentic in size and shape to the original. It is a composite 1 piece. This one has a very slick deep blue metallic finish with white stripes. No body damage, it does have small rock chips in front and in front of rear tires. Options include tinted visors, wing windows and bumpers. Has a chromed roll bar. They chose the original style wheels and they have BFG tires. The side pipes are coated.

INTERIOR: The cockpit is fully carpeted or upholstered. 2 racing seats with harnesses keep its passengers in place. You can monitor the cars vitals thanks to a full set of gauges. Dressed up with a Shelby style wood steering wheel and embroidered floormats. It also has a locking glove box and e-brake handle.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Has a performance built 5.0 with a supercharger. There's a lot of money sitting on top of this motor. It has Kenne Bell TS Series twin screw supercharger, KB intake, KB Flowzilla plenum, Edelbrock 70 mm throttle body and chrome tube going to K&N filter. The burnt fuel is let out through the BBK headers. It uses a Ford electronic ignition system. The motor has serpentine belt and Billet pulleys. The engine compartment is made up of precision cut aluminum panels. It features power steering and power brakes. The radiator has a shroud and a giant electric fan.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Precision cut aluminum panels make up the trunk compartment. There is a box of miscellaneous parts including catalytic converters.

UNDERSIDE: Factory Five has developed a very impressive chassis. Precision cut steel tubing framework far superior to the original. Chassis panels including floor pans, cockpit, engine bay and trunk compartment are precision cut aluminum. Lesser quality kits use fiberglass. Upfront it features tubular upper and lower control arms, coil over adjustable gas shocks and rack & pinion steering. In back it uses a 4 link suspension with tubular control arms and coil over adjustable gas shocks. Bottom of the motor is very clean. Has high torque starter. This one uses a Tremec 5-speed trans. It looks like the worlds shortest driveshaft! The 8.8 rear end has aluminum SVO cover. All new brake system with disc at all 4 wheels. Has e-brake assembly. The bottom of this car is actually still very clean.

This car is meant to be driven, why wouldn't you? It has been on a power tour all around the southeast. Now it's somebody else's turn to have a blast!
