Rare Police Interceptor 390, 4 speed!

This is a factory ordered hot rod! Rare P code police interceptor 390 with 330 hp, factory 4-speed and 3.90 rear. Very clean example. Same owner the last 25 years. Rust free original metal. Rock solid original floors and frame. Body is laser straight and body panels fit tight. Better then factory paint job. Has a glass finish clear coat. Rechromed bumpers. All of the trim is far better then average. The moldings, grill, taillights etc show like near new. Jambs and firewall are painted. Very unique and sharp looking colors. The interior is well cared for original with reproduction seat covers and carpet. Motor compartment is cleaned and restored. Only 3,000 miles on on rebuilt motor. What makes the 390-330 hp motor special is that it has solid lifters, long tube cast iron headers, heavier duty build. The police 390 cars were the same as the R code 427 cars except smaller cubic inches. They featured bigger brakes, H.D. suspension. Starter lines, brake lines were rerouted for the headers. This is a special car. Priced very aggressively!
