Looks and functions exceptionally well.

Exceptionally nice restoration in and out. It runs and functions real nice too. The deluxe comes with dual horns, mirrors, taillights and a taupe color dash. Same owner the last 14 years, he put about 3,500 miles on it.

EXTERIOR: It's a very handsome car with suicide rear doors, a humpback trunk and a rear mounted spare. Great colors too. Original Cinnabar red color with the contrasting cream colored wire wheels and white walls really pops. The body in this car is real solid and straight. No damage or rust. The doors don't sag, they shut real nice. The rear fenders are fiberglass. The paint is smooth and glossy everywhere I look. The fender welts were replaced, running boards were recovered with correct rubber and the roof insert was replaced. All of the chrome trim is very nice. The windshield frame is original chrome and has some age. The wheels were repainted glossy, the center caps with V8 emblem were replaced. The white wall tires are correct reproduction with the Ford script. It has Ford script headlight buckets with glass lenses and correct taillights. Other features include a locking gas cap, bumper gaurd and working crank out windshield. I think the glass was replaced except for the windshield. The rubber gaskets and window channels were replaced.

INTERIOR: It looks like a new 1935 Ford inside. Correctly reupholstered seats and door panels in mohair. The headliner and visors were reupholstered. It has replaced handle straps and rear shade. The handbrake lever, gear shift and cowl vent handle where replated. The interior metal was repainted. The knobs, steering wheel, instruments, handles and cranks look real nice. It has a unique window defroster on the dash. The wiring was replaced.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It has the correct flathead V-8- a 221 cubic inch making 85 hp. It was rebuilt in 2012 and runs as quiet as a mouse in slippers. New carburetor and fuel pump. When it was rebuilt it was also detailed. Everything's real nice looking- cloth wrapped wires, correct hose clamps, restored generator. The firewall is painted same color as the car. It has some components for a heater/defroster, missing the manifold cover.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It has the fiber board liner kit, still in very good shape. The bottom of the trunk lid is painted with a new weather strip. Several boxes of extra parts and a real nice soft car cover are included.

UNDERSIDE: The 3-speed transmission was rebuilt in 2012. The fuel tank was replaced. Other than that it is in original condition. The floors are honest solid metal. The front end was rebuilt at some point in it's life.

I really like this old Ford. Driving it is a fun experience that takes you back in time. It's almost as fun to just look at it.
