What started as a low mileage excellent condition C-5 Corvette turned into a really neat and unique 2002 Corvette. Built in Florida using custom retro body kit, It appears to be made from FiberGlass and is very nicely done. This is replicated to look like a 1962 Corvette body with 2002 Corvette performance and technology. This C5 has only a little over 15,000 original miles and is in excellent shape.

EXTERIOR: This is a high quality conversion. The paint is slick and shines really nicely. The front end has the traditional quad headlights with LED strips in the middle, which are daytime running lights. The front chrome bumper is in excellent shape as well as all the chrome trim pieces around it. It even has LED fog lights. All the body lines and moldings are similar to a 62 but even the sides have the correct moldings on the doors and the fenders. It has very nice 19 inch chrome wheels wrapped in like new Goodyear eagle F1 performance tires. Behind the wheels are nice and big drilled and slotted disc brake rotors as well as giant red calipers with the Corvette emblem. All the wheels are in excellent shape; there's no pitting in the chrome or curb rash. The rear end has a nice massive Corvette emblem on the trunk lid and it has the quad bullet style tail lights, a quad dual tipped exhaust, and of course the split chrome bumpers. The black convertible top is cloth and in great shape with no rips or tears. This really is a sharp car no matter which angle you look at it.

INTERIOR: If the interior reminds you of an early 2000's Corvette that's because it is. It has the 1SC memory package for electronics interior including windows, doors, mirrors and seats. This vehicle features a tilt steering wheel, active handling traction control, heat and AC which work with dual climate controls, quality leather seats, and a Bose premium stereo. The convertible top is manual but it's fairly easy to put down. The driver side mirror on the sun visor is missing.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: The whole front-end lifts as one unit to reveal the engine compartment just like a C-5 Corvette. With just over 15,000 miles, everything under the hood is in excellent shape with retro style engine covers. This Corvette has an LS1 5.7L V8 engine mated up to a 4L60 automatic transmission. You can take this Corvette to any Chevy dealership and have it serviced just like a normal one.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The trunk opens electronically with either the button inside near the steering wheel or with the keyless remote. The hood struts are a little worn on the trunk and it does not stay up, but we will find replacements. Inside is fully carpeted. Even when the top is down there is plenty of storage. If you look underneath the panels, there are a few different wells that go down further to store even more belongings. You can definitely take this for your weekend getaway.

UNDERSIDE: Underneath is in great shape. All the aluminum suspension components are clean and it has the factory dual stainless exhaust. There's still factory markings and stickers on the suspension components and it is clean and dry of any leaks. Take a look at the photos for further inspection!
