This is a beautiful 14,800 original mile, 40th anniversary GT500 sent to Shelby Las Vegas to have their 40th Anniversary, “super snake” package added. Acquired from the original owner, he purchased the GT500 new and had it sent to Shelby for them to add over $20,000 in upgraded options. The only option he left off to make this a super snake was the cowl hood. Shelby recently released that they are no longer offering their super snake package for 07-14 GT500's making this a rare package to find. Now's your chance to own a "super snake" for less than it cost to build.

EXTERIOR: Finished in a beautiful Vista blue with Shelby's 40th anniversary silver decal stripes, the car is a very nice driver. It's not perfect and there are a few small scratches and blemishes walking around the outside, some seen on the hood and trunk lid – all very minor and easily able to be touched up. Part of the package added to the exterior of the car from Shelby included; carbon fiber front splitter, carbon fiber mirror caps, and carbon fiber rocker panels. It also has Shelby's 40th anniversary stripe and badging package. This has upgraded sequential tail lights when you turn or brake. The wheels have been upgraded to 20” Shelby Razor silver aluminum wrapped in like new Pirelli Performance tires. The wheels have slight curb rash on the front and rear driver side. Overall minor blemishes and this is an excellent driver car!

INTERIOR: The interior is finished in black/black premium leather. It's in excellent shape and still smells like new. The driver seat has minor wear on the side bolster from getting in and out. It has the upgraded shaker 1000 audio system. Upgrades from Shelby include, CSM numbered dash plaque, CSM numbered 40th anniversary door sill plates, Shelby 40th anniversary floor mats, Shelby signature carbon fiber boost, fuel pressure, and oil pressure gauges. There's also small cosmetics upgraded like the aluminum Shelby map light, satin door lock knobs, and Snake logo center armrest.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Underneath the hood is the impressive 5.4L V8 with Shelby's upgraded supercharger making 600HP! Mated to the engine is the Tremec 6 speed manual transmission. Everything in great shape and very visually appealing. Part of the upgrades from Shelby included Billet caps added to fluid bottles, and the handle for oil dipstick.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The trunk compartment is fully carpeted, the carpet is in excellent shape. It has the dual subwoofers on the rear quarter panel part of the Shaker 1000 stereo. Underneath the trunk liner is an air pump in case you have a flat tire. There is also a folder filled with receipts from Shelby for all the upgrades, a certificate authenticating this car from Shelby, and original documentation including the window sticker, owner's manual, and original brochures from 2007 for the GT500.

UNDERSIDE: Underneath is in great shape, the car was never abused in bad weather and is very clean. Part of the upgrades from Shelby include, Borla stainless steel exhaust system, Shelby/Eibach coil over suspension, Shelby/Eibach Sway bars front and rear, Upgraded Shelby Brembo brake system, Front and rear brake air ducts to keep the rotors cooled.
