This is a tribute to the most expensive Mustang on the planet. An original GT-350R recently set the record selling for 3.85 million dollars! Not only is this a great looking car but it has a rare combination of a 4-speed and air conditioning.

EXTERIOR: Nothing beats the looks of a classic fastback Mustang unless of course it's decked out like a Shelby! The body is impressive. No rust or damage, it is straight and fits really well. It has a scooped hood with racing pins. The Wimbledon white is polished to a high gloss, it even feels slick. The blue over the top stripes are painted on and polished smooth. It has a Shelby grill, emblem and gas cap. The bumpers, turn signals, handles and mirrors were replaced. All new tail light assemblys with LED lights. New windshield and moldings. Weatherstrips were replaced. It even has reproductions of the original Shelby wheels. The BFG tires are less than 2 years old.

INTERIOR: It is restored and has several Shelby unique features- gauge pod which includes Stuart Warner tachometer and oil pressure gauges, Moto Lita steering wheel and a Cobra shift knob. Like the R model, the back seat was replaced with a fiberglass pan and the spare tire. Carpet, headliner, upholstery and door panels were replaced. The dash area is in good condition, has original radio. Interior lights work. The trim, and kick panels look great. It has an original looking shifter and racing lap belts.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Performance built 289 has a hotter cam, Edelbrock intake, a dual feed Holley carb and a set of headers. It's dressed up with finned valve covers and correct chrome air cleaner. It's been upgraded with a Classic Auto Air a/c system. It's complete with washer fluid bag, fan shroud, reproduction clamps, Monte Carlo support bar and a battery disconnect. The metal is clean with a tidy satin black finish.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It has a clean, solid trunk with a gray plad mat. It includes a jack and car cover. There are several bonus boxes of extra parts too. The bottom of the trunk lid and the jamb are painted real nicely. The weather strip and decal have been replaced.

UNDERSIDE: There is an oversized finned aluminum oil pan, new starter and a chrome fuel pump under the motor. That's a top loader close ratio 4-speed trans. The front end has been gone through, several components look new. It has Koni gas shocks. Upgraded with disc brakes up front, e-brake cables are hooked up. Great sounding exhaust with glass pack mufflers and it exits each side of the car like the Shelbys did. The floors and frame rails have been restored, it's all metal.

This is as American as baseball and apple pie. It has looks and performance. Very intriguing car that will be a pleasure to own!
