The exterior was professionally repainted it's original Top Banana color, very desirable. It has a smooth and glossy finish. The original bumpers were rechromed, the rubber fillers are not cracked. The SE included a landau top and a trio of louvered like windows. The original vinyl top is excellent. The original glass is crystal clear. Original weatherstrips are good. The steering column is not scratched, it has a Tuff grip wheel. The cushions are still firm, the upholstery is mint. The center console looks like new, it has the slapstick shifter. The door panels and armrests are pristine originals, the reproductions don't have the padded upholstery. The headliner has no wrinkles or holes. Really, it's in amazing original condition.

Features include factory air conditioning, power steering and power brakes. The motor is completely stock- manifolds, air cleaner, valve covers. It's never even been spray painted. The engine bay also has original paint. The fender tags are still attached, vin on cowl matches the car.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Rust free original metal. Completely untouched original paint. It still has G70 written on the trunk lid by an assembly line worker to say what spare needs to be installed. It has a full size spare and complete jack assembly. The trunk light works. Original cloth mat, not a reproduction rubber one. Weather strip is original.

UNDERSIDE: Very well preserved original underside. It's never been rusted or damaged, it's never even been spray painted on. It still has an assembly line marking on the rear end. This car has the rare optional H.D. suspension with swaybars. It also has disc brakes in front, e-brake assembly is hooked up. The centerlink and tie rods were recently replaced. The dual exhaust has upgraded Flowmaster mufflers, it has the correct chrome slotted tips.

Tim Wellborn says the 1973-74 Chargers are some of the best drivers of that era. We have an appraisal from him stating it "all original, #s matching, rust free Charger", "original interior is perfect".
These well cared for survivors are very hard to come by. Typically they function better than a restored car, this is an example of that. The next owner should be very pleased.

I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle.
Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail.
