20,500 original miles, Excellent shape, Collectors dream! Tasteful mods.

Introduction: One of the most Iconic Rally cars of today's date. The Subaru Impreza STI has been well known for its performance, power, handling and unique abilities. It's one of the most popular cars on the roads, track, and raceways. This particular example has 20,500 original miles and has been very well kept! This is a collectors dream! You cannot find them with this low of mileage. Recently Subaru announced they will no longer be producing STI's. That makes this car all that more collectable. This is your chance to purchase an STI for a bargain before they climb in price.

EXTERIOR: The GD body “blob eye” STI are the most sought after STI on the market. Finished in obsidian black pearl paint this gloss black paint has some nice metallic pearls in it. Overall the car is in excellent condition, There are some small blemishes like a few random stone chips on the hood, and some light scratches on the driver fender. The rear bumper has a small paint scratch. Even with those small imperfections this car shines up like it did new! The STI model includes HID leveling headlights, Dual plane Rear spoiler, STI aero ground effects, and Forged BBS silver wheels. Behind the silver aluminum wheels are a nice gold flake painted Brembo performance brakes. The previous owner upgraded the original horn to a much louder dual Hella horn setup behind the front grill. Also added is a carbon fiber exhaust guard on the rear bumper protecting it from any heat or exhaust damage.

INTERIOR: The interior is near mint! Its iconic blue and black two tone lets others know you're driving the upgraded STI over the base WRX model. The STI seats are in excellent shape front and rear with no wear or tear. The blue carpet is still in excellent shape as well as the blue STI floor mats. The 6 speed shifter was upgraded to a short throw shifter from the factory. The Driver controlled center differential switch is located next to the shifter allowing you to change your ratio on the go! The previous owner added an aftermarket stereo but included is the factory one if you want to put it back to original.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: This engine compartment is spotless! Everything is in excellent shape, no dirt or grime like you would normally see in these. Under the hood you'll find the turbocharged 2.5L 4cyl engine pushing 300hp and 300 lb ft of torque! Being in such a light car with the all wheel drive system the power makes it feel like a rocket. There are some appearance upgrades like the wrinkle red radiator and shroud covers. The previous owner also put in an upgraded in the fender cold air intake, the original intake will be installed before purchase.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: pop the trunk and the carpet looks nice and new, the hidden compartment on the right has the jack and tools that have never been used. On the right hand side is the intercooler sprayer container. You can fill it with distilled water and spray it on the intercooler to keep the temps cool in the engine bay on a hot day of driving! Under the mat is the original spare tire that's never been removed.

UNDERSIDE: underneath is in excellent shape, the STI model comes with beefier STI inverted shocks and springs, adjustable lateral and control arms in the rear, there's still factory stickers and markings in place. The previous owner added a skid plate to protect the underside of engine and trans from any type of damage. There's also an aftermarket downpipes, and cat back exhaust. Other than that the car is all original!
