Very handsome body and colors. Power steering.

Why pay 15 grand more for a Chevy? This is more unique! The colors make it outstanding.

EXTERIOR: Very sharp looking, it presents itself very nicely. The body is straight and fits right. Original fender skirts are included and ready to be reinstalled if you prefer. The black paint is polished smooth and glossy. Jambs have been painted neatly. There are some imperfections if you look for them. Over all the chrome sparkles. Stainless trim is straight, has optional fuel door trim. The original dealer'semblem is on the trunk. The glass is nice and clear. The weather strips were replaced. The 15 inch cragar wheels give the car some sizzle. They are wider in back with some beefy BFG tires.

INTERIOR: I love the blue against the black. The interior is in very nice shape has mild staining in places. The dash area is magnificent. It has the optional padded dash and it fits perfectly. The abundance of chrome, knobs, lenses and gauges are in beautiful shape. The metal trim is repainted smooth and glossy. The steering wheel is real nice. The seats have been recushioned and completely reupholstered. Seat belts were added front and back. The door panels are replaced. Real nice cloth headliner, no holes. The domelight works.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Very clean and orderly. Very stock appearance. The 324 Rocket motor has a 4 barrel carburetor. Very clean original air cleaner, manifolds and valve covers. It has optional power steering. The generator has been upgraded with an alternator. The battery is properly secured. The engine bay is smooth clean metal painted semi gloss black, many new bolts. Under the hood is gloss black.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It has been boxed and carpeted. The spare is a painted rim with a radial tire. Complete jack assembly has been cleaned and painted. Bottom of the trunk lid and the jamb are painted nicely. Weather strip was replaced.

UNDERSIDE: Underneath this car is very clean. It was prepped and painted satin black. No rust. The floors, braces, rockers all appear to be original dry metal. It has light factory under coat. The chassis and frame is all smooth metal, there's not even pitting. The front end looks like it's been completely rebuilt, the components are clean in back. The springs and shocks look like they have been replaced. Replaced fuel tank, sending unit and fuel line. Single exhaust with a cherry bomb muffler. The brakes have been rebuilt, the lines and hoses were replaced. E-brake assembly is hooked up. Looking up at the motor it is spotless, starter looks fresh. Original 1955 Hydramatic transmission.

This car makes a really good impression. It's a handsome body style with rich colors.

I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle.
Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail.
