1 of 62 6-pack, 4-speeds made! #s match. Rare dictaphone

1 of 62 6-pack 4-speeds made! This is a #s matching, documented car. It has so many options it needed 2 fender tags. It also has original build sheet. I just bought this from a private 50 car collection deep on the Georgia mountains. I believe this has always been a well cared for car. It still has a lot of original qualities.

EXTERIOR: First year of the curvaceous body. The body is excellent on this car. It's straight everywhere, the gaps all lineup real nice. It has the sport hood. Repained it's original gold leaf color with no vinyl top. The paint is fantastic. The metal flake is laid out evenly and it has a very smooth glossy clear coat finish. It has the optional black pin stripe down each side. It also has dual chrome racing mirrors and optional moldings. The chrome and trim presents itself very well. The windshield has been replaced, the rest of the glass is very good and the windows line up real nice. Clean door jambs, the Vin number sticker is still on the door. The weather strips are in great shape. The 15 inch rally wheels are in excellent shape. They are wrapped in reproduction Polyglass GT tires.

INTERIOR: I'm going to call this interior exceptional. It is not abused at all. The seat cushions are real good, front seats are reupholstered. Back seat is excellent original. The door panels are fantastic original condition. Headliner is tight as a drum, visors and mirror are excellent, the dome light works. The dash pad is excellent. The instrument panel has no cracks or cuts. It has rallye gauges including a tachometer. The knobs, heater controls, lenses are excellent, even the ashtray and cigarette lighter are clean. Factory Am-Fm radio with the extremely rare dictaphone. It's a stereo unit with a cassette and microphone recorder. The center console is excellent and has the pistol grip 4-speed. Carpet has been replaced and also has embroidered floor mats. Sharp looking deluxe wheel with working rim blow horn. It also has an inside hood release. The interior plastic is in excellent shape. Except carpet, front seat upholstery and dash pad its all original and in excellent shape. It seems to be very functional too. The stereo plays loud and clear, reverse light indicator works. I scared myself when I tried the rim blow, I wasnt expecting it to work and it did!

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: #s matching 440-385 hp 6-pack motor. It has stock components: manifolds, valve covers, air cleaner, brackets etc. Features include power brakes and power steering. It has heavy duty cooling system. It is proper and complete- it has both horns, the squirters are hooked up, battery is bolted down. The engine bay is real clean metal painted nice. The vin on the core support matches. The original fendor tags are still attached, it has so many options it needed 2 tags!

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Excellent metal. I don't see any splices or patches, it's repained very nicely. It has a complete jack and spare assembly. The mat, weatherstrip and sticker look new. Trunk light works.

UNDERSIDE: It's a very well preserved underside, maintained as needed. The floors, frame rails, inner rockers and 1/4s are original clean metal. Dry as a chalkboard, it's never even been spray canned over. No undercoat. The front end looks like it's had recent ball joints, tie rod ends, sway bar end links. It has Koni gas shocks in back. Correct replacement dual exhaust system with the "machine gun" tips. It has disc brakes in front drum in back, e-brake assembly is complete. Looking up at the motor it's very clean, starter looks new. The matching Vin number is stamped by the oil pan. The casting codes on the side of the block are correct. The 4-speed looks real fresh. It is the heavy duty 833, vin # matching. In back is the original Super Track Pack Dana 60 3.54 sure grip rear end.

Extremely rare and desirable car. You can open up all 6 barrels as you push that pistol grip through the gears. Meanwhile the passenger can be using the dictaphone to say how scared they are! Can't do that with a stock portfolio.
