#s match, real SS, documented, 62,000 miles, 2 owners.

This is a 62,800 mile, rust free, 2 owner, #s matching big block, documented Super Sport with air conditioning! It's restored ground up. It has an original build sheet and invoice copy.

EXTERIOR: I love this fastback design; it makes a full size car look sporty. This car has lived in Georgia all its life. The metal is dry, clean original. Straight, gaps are spot on, no rust or damage. The factory spotwelds are still on the lower quarters. Repainted it's original Ermine white color, very smooth and glossy. It came with the optional guard package which included side moldings, door edge guards and bumper guards. It has an upgraded power antenna. The original bumpers were rechromed. The grill and stainless trim was polished. Windshield looks new. Weatherstrips were replaced. The 15 inch Cragar wheels sparkle like new. Meaty set of BFG tires, fatter in back. It has a proud stance.

INTERIOR: Very tidy. The blue adds a splash of color. Bucket seats with a factory console. The seats were recushioned and upholstered. Door panels were replaced. The dash area is mint- bezels, instruments, heater controls etc. Light works in the glovebox. Console is in great shape. Carpet was replaced. Very nice original headliner. Complete set of original seatbelts.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Show quality, detailed to original condition. #s matching 396-325 hp big block. Stock manifolds, 4 barrel carb, air cleaner etc. Heat riser tube, vacuum lines are still hooked up. Features include power steering, power brakes and factory air conditioning. The a/c was serviced - compressor was replaced, updated with R134 freon. The components all look fresh. Inner fenders, pulleys, brackets, radiator support were powder coated. Very proper- washers are hooked up, hoses and wires run neatly.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Giant trunk. Under the trunk lid and jamb are glossy. Clean trunk floor neatly spatter painted. Complete jack and spare assembly. Weatherstrip and mat were replaced.

UNDERSIDE: It is detailed underneath. Clean original metal, very clean! The frame, floors, braces, rockers, lower 1/4s are all smooth metal painted semi gloss black. Front end parts were powder coated. The front end was rebuilt- bushings, shocks, steering etc. In back it has coil over shocks. Dual exhaust with stainless mufflers. Clean fuel tank. Drum brakes were rebuilt at time of restoration. E-brake is hooked up. Looking up at the motor it is spotless. Original vin # matching Turbo 400 automatic, original 1968 tag is still riveted to the side. 12 bolt rear end in back.

This car is exceptional. My salesmen don't deserve a commission on this one, a monkey could sell it! It's a no excuses car.

I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle. Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail. **These cars are displayed in a museum. If interested in a particular car make an appointment with a salesman to see that car. Without an appointment there is an admission fee to enter the showroom. If you buy a car, your admission will be refunded and you will be given a 1 year membership.
