EXTERIOR: Excellent fit and finish! No rust or damage, it's straight as an arrow and fits right. Factory code 76 Daytona Yellow according to the trim tag. This was only available on an SS. I think the paint is probably better than new. Polished smooth and glossy, I didn't find a flaw. Hockey stick stripes are proper. Every piece of exterior chrome and trim was replaced. New windshield. All the weatherstrips and seals were replaced. The SS wheels were restored and mounted on reproduction Wide Oval tires. It has a power black convertible top. New top, pads, weatherstrips and hydraulics.

INTERIOR: Completely restored. Everything looks new- upholstery, carpet, door panels etc. The bits and pieces are new too and fit right. The vents, handles, visors, heater controls, knobs have been replaced. Cigarette lighter matches the other knobs; glovebox liner is new and has pouch with owner's manual. Factory tachometer, gauges and clock- all working. Correct Hurst shifter with chrome ball.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: 396 with rare optional 350 hp. Not only is it vin # matching but all the components are correct as well. We have part numbers and dates for the crankshaft, flywheel, block, heads, intake, exhaust manifolds and water pump. Correct Holley carb for a 350 hp and a 4-speed. Correct alternator. Every component is restored like new. It is detailed with correct GM hoses and clamps, correct fuel filter, date coded plug wires. It features power steering power brakes with a cadmium plated booster. All the metal surfaces have a smooth painted finish.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Clean metal neatly spatter painted. Under the trunk lid and jamb are glossy paint. New weatherstrip, wiring, mat, well liner, mat, and tire cover.

UNDERSIDE: The body was off the frame, the underside is completely rebuilt and detailed to look like new. Front end was completely rebuilt including ball joints, bushings, springs, shocks and steering components. Rear suspension was rebuilt with new bushings, springs, and shocks. It has a correct replacement dual exhaust system with a transverse muffler. The brake system's been completely rebuilt. It has disc in front, new brake lines, hoses and e-brake assembly. New fuel system including the tank, straps, insulators, sending unit and fuel line. Looking up at the motor it is spotless, correct starter is restored. Correct numbered power steering gear box. Vin # matching and correctly coded M21 Muncie 4-speed. Properly dated Hurst shift linkage. #s match 12 bolt with 3.31 posi gears. The floors are all clean metal with a light undercoat.

This is an exceptional car. It was put together with care. It really fits, feels and functions like it's new. Not many have so many of the correct # matching parts. Aside from being an investment grade car, it's also one to enjoy. Shifting gears with a big block under the hood and the top-down sounds like a great time. We have pictures of the awards, the previous owner kept them hanging on his garage wall.
