73,000 mile, very well preserved. 1988 AACA 1st prize.

73,000 original mile sweetheart. Always well kept, great survivor. It won an AACA national first prize in 1988 and has been collector owned since.

EXTERIOR: What a great looking body style, so sleek and stylish. It looks like it's moving when it's sitting still. This one in particular has a nice clean body. The doors click shut by themselves, I love that. Only repainted once, jambs are still original. Rare two tone color combination. No rust, no bubbles, no damage, no cracking that I could notice. The paint job does have a smooth glossy finish. The two tone is broken up with sweeping stainless trim. A red stripe, red rims and red center medallions on the hubcaps give it some pop. There is certainly enough chrome at the front and back of this car. It is original and dry but lost some of it's luster. The big chrome taillights are still very shiny. Vent window pillars are excellent. The glass is all real nice, windows roll up and down smoothly. It even has the original weather strip still held on by the yellow glue that was put on at the assembly line. Has it's original dealer emblem where it was sold new- McKean in Sioux Falls.

INTERIOR: Very well preserved, almost all original. Only a couple panels on the front seat have been replaced. Carpet has also been replaced. The steering wheel is pristine, no cracks. I'm looking at a beautiful dashboard. Has optional padded dash, the instruments, all the chrome knobs and bezels sparkle. Inside the glove box it has original owner's manual in the paper pouch. Overhead the perforated headliner and visors are excellent, the dome light works. Original door panels are very nice.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Very original, nicely preserved motor compartment. It has not been molested. Great running 354 Fireball motor makes 300 hp. Has 4 barrel carb, correct air cleaner, valve covers etc. It does feature power steering and power brakes so it is easy to drive. Has windshield washer system too. Bottom of the hood has it's insullation. Everything still has his proper finishes with patina.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It has the complete liner kit which is a blue houndstooth design. Also has a matching white wall on a red rim with a matching hubcap for a spare. It does include a jack. Bottom of the trunk lid is real nice original condition, still has the original jacking instructions decal. The trunk light works. Has original weatherstrip in good shape.

UNDERSIDE: Completely solid, original condition. The floors have factory undercoat. Frame is smooth metal. Bottom of the motor is clean, has Dynaflow auto trans. It has a dual exhaust system that goes out through the rear bumper.

Good looking, desirable car. If you like a well preserved car that hasn't been messed around with, you will like this car.
