#s match, very desirable factory Tuxedo black!

Gorgeous Tuxedo black with knock off wheels and gold line tires. I think the midyear coupes are among the best looking designs of all time. #s matching motor and colors. Claimed to be a 34,193 original mile car with only 1 repaint.

EXTERIOR: Tuxedo black is a very desirable color on a vintage Vette. This was born this way, paint code 900 on the trim tag. I think the car fits exceptionally well. The headlights fit square, the doors fit and shut nice. I don't see any significant issues or body damage. The paint shows really well, it has a glossy smooth finish. There are minor flaws if you look for them. The knock off wheels and reproduction gold line tires look new. They really make the car pop! The chrome is excellent. In front the bumpers look new, the back bumpers look very nice. The emblems, gas cap door, taillights, mirrors look new. Glass is good, the trim around the glass is all very nice and fits tight. Door jambs are nice, weather strips are replaced.

INTERIOR: Overall it is very nice. The carpet front to back is excellent. The interior lights work. The headliner is very nice. The dash humps are real nice original. The glove box door has light scratches, clean inside with an owner's manual. Console is real nice, has the correct reverse lockout shifter. All the gauges are clean, quartz movement in the clock. No cracks in the steering wheel. Original Am-Fm radio works. The door panels are mint including the knobs and armrests. Upholstery on the seats look good. It really is a clean, unabused car.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: VIN number match 327 with optional 300 horsepower. 250 hp was the base motor. It runs as smooth as a mouse in slippers. It was completely stock down to the manifolds, ignition shielding, valve covers, dual snorkel air cleaner, even the correct fuel filter. All the components look to be proper and clean. Radiator is proper, the right shroud and expansion tank. Pulleys, brackets, hoses all look to be in really good shape.

UNDERSIDE: It looks good underneath. It has been carefully prepped and painted. Upfront the swaybar links are new. Bottom of the motor is clean, has correct canister type oil filter. 4-speed trans was serviced and clutch replaced 1,000 miles ago. In back the shocks look new. It has the spare tire carrier. The exhaust system looks fresh from the motor through the real valance. The 64 Corvette has independent suspension front and back. Last year for drum brakes. E-brake cables are hooked up. Frame and floors look good.

This vette really looks and feels right. It is a good one in my opinion. It would be hard to find a sharper looking 64 Vette. An investment you can enjoy!
