Nut & bolt restored. Real S code GT, factory black!

Stunning! I wanted it the instant I seen it. It's more than just a pretty face. This is a very rare, real GT, factory black and genuine S-code 390. This is documented with Marti Report. It has also gone through a comprehensive restoration. We have photos of it taken down to a bare shell.

EXTERIOR: Beeuteeful! The body is amazing. Laser straight from every angle, the body panels fit precisely. Doors open with 1 finger and click shut. The black paint is polished out like glass. You can read the dictionary in the reflection. Even more impressive is this paint is at least 5 years old with no bubbles, cracking or shrinking. It has proven itself. Jambs are detailed. It has it's original trim tag, not a reproduction. The vinyl top was removed for a cleaner look. It has the louvered bood with built in turn signals. The red C-stripe really pops. All the chrome has been replaced. Upfront the bumper, the entire grill, GT fog lamps look new. All new stainless around the windows, rain gutters, rockers and wheel wells were replaced. The door handles, emblems, correct antenna and remote mirror looks new. In back the bumper, tail lights, GT gas cap, reverse has been replaced. The GT wheels are upgraded to15 inch and they've been chrome plated. They each have stainless caps and BF Goodrich tires. Windshield looks new. The rubber gaskets and weatherstrips have been replaced.

INTERIOR: Beautiful red interior just pops against the black. Seats are all new upholstery. The side panels are new, the metal is repainted. The entire dash area is restored- new dadh pad, chrome bezels, knobs, upgraded walnut steering wheel. It has an Am-FM radio. On the floor it has bright red carpet, new red seatbelts and embroidered floormats. It has a really nice custom deluxe center console with armrest and cup holders. Also included is the original deluxe console. The headliner is new and fits tight, has new visors.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Highly detailed back to factory condition. 390 motor with power steering and brakes! The motor has a spotless coat of Ford blue paint. Stock manifolds, all the brackets and pulleys are painted nicely. The correct valve covers have new chrome. The air cleaner assembly is all restored. Every component looks new or restored. Radiator looks new, correct cap, shroud and fan. Washer bottle is hooked up, alternator, horns and regulator look new. It has an Autolite battery topper. All the metal is smooth and painted a nice satin black. The original buck tag is attached, this has vin # and option codes. Under the hood and the jamb is gloss black. It even has new nuts and bolts. The distributor has been upgraded with Pertronix ignition.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Also restored to look new. Clean metal painted gloss black. Tail light housings are clean. It has complete liner kit including the mat, tire cover and bag for the jack. It has spare and jack. Bottom of the trunk lid and the jamb are painted real slick, the weatherstrip is replaced.

UNDERSIDE: Underneath was taken down to a bare floor. All clean metal was prepped and primed. Everything was reinstalled with new or rebuilt parts. The front end is completely rebuilt- bushings, ball joints, shocks, springs hardware etc and it's all detailed. The power steering system has been rebuilt. It has an upgraded sway bar. In back it has new leaf springs and shocks. The bottom of the motor is detailed, has new fuel pump. It has the heavy duty C-6 automatic transmission that looks fresh. In back the Ford 9-inch rear end has been detailed and has 3.25 gears. The brake system has been completely gone through. New lines, hoses, e-brake cables. It has disc in front. Fuel system has been replaced including the tank, sending unit and lines. It has a new correct exhaust system with transverse muffler and polished GT tips.

Someone will be very proud to own this car. It checks a lot of boxes- gorgeous, rare, desirable and excellent condition! It will include two binders of documentation including receipts, pictures and Marti Report.
