Pro Touring $165,000 build by Hendricks Performance! 1st class. Leather, a/c.

Hendrick Performance built this amazing Pro Touring Camaro. They built it at a cost of $165,000 for a Dr that takes care of famous athletes. It has only 2,492 miles since finished and I put 50 of those miles on yesterday. The car performed flawlessly. It is everything you hope for out of a custom build but is rarely achieved.

EXTERIOR: Restored to show quality. The body is straight with no issues. The Cortez silver metal flake is laid out evenly and the clear coat is polished like glass. It features a cowl hood and spoilers. All the chrome, trim, weather strips, grill, windshield etc were replaced. Upgraded with a black German cloth top, it has a matching cloth boot. The power top system is new. The convertible frame is restored and wrapped in cloth, new weatherstrips. Custom billet 18-in Rally wheels with new centers, obviously much wider in the back. They have performance Pilot Sport Michelin tires.

INTERIOR: High end custom interior wrapped entirely in glove soft leather. Really, even the visors, pillars, console, glovebox door are leather. It features sport seats, both are full power and heated. They recline and have front extenders. It has power windows, custom gauges, a leather wrapped deluxe wheel on a tilt column and a modern stereo system. A custom made console is wrapped in red leather and and it features cup holders and a center armrest compartment which has an auxiliary plug for your iPhone. The heat and air conditioning vents and controls are very neatly installed. New GM reproduction seat belts. It has a sharp looking set of gauges. When your ride is over you won't want to get out, it is so luxurious and comfortable in this car.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It has a Hendrick Performance tuned LS1 motor making 400 hp. A custom air intake tube with custom plenum pulls air from the cowl vent. Stainless long tube headers let the air out. It is dressed up with Hendricks engine covers. An oversized aluminum radiator has dual electric fans keeping it cool, it also has a overflow bottle. The whole front of the motor is modern components with a serpentine belt and pulley system, power steering and air conditioning. The a/c lines and heater hoses are tucked behind the inner fender. The firewall is smooth with an upgraded wiper motor and power brake system. Custom fender supports and stainless steel hardware were used. New wiring harness.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It has been boxed and carpeted. The rear panel is removable and that's where you'll find the relocated battery neatly mounted in it's own container. It has new trunk latch weather strip.

UNDERSIDE: Complete Detroit Speed suspension for optimal handling. The front end includes a hydroformed subframe, tubular control arms, adjustable coil over gas shocks, forged drop spindles, splined swaybar, composite bushings etc. It also includes a special tuned rack & pinion steering. Frame rails are fabricated right into to the floors and connects the front and rear suspension to reduce flex. It also has a Hotchkis cross brace for added support. In back it has a Quadralink set up. This includes tubular control arms, relocated uppers, adjustable coil over gas shocks, panhard bar etc. Looking up at the all aluminum motor it still looks new. It has a Tremec 5-speed with hydraulic clutch. A custom aluminum drive shaft hooks up to a new 9 inch rear with 31 spline and a True Trac center section. New exhaust with some nice polished rectangular tips. New fuel system includes a stainless tank and premium fuel pump and fuel lines for a fuel injected system. It also has an all custom Wilwood 4 wheel disc brake system red rotors and drilled and slotted rotors. It has a new e-brake system. Completely rock solid metal floors, it has been mini tubbed in back to accommodate the extra wide tires.
