Best in the country! Correct #s, loaded- a/c, console, gauges.
Wow! Off the charts nice and loaded with the most desirable features and colors. Documented 1 owner. Only 54 miles on a concourse body off frame, rotisserie restoration. Documentation includes a protect-o-plate. We bought it with the original title, we have registrations and several docs with original owner's name on it.EXTERIOR: Precision fit and finishes. I'm tempted to use the word perfect. The panels fit exactly square and flush. Doors open with 1 finger. It has an actual cowl hood with flapper door and hood pins. It is laser straight everywhere. The metal flake is laid out evenly, the clear coat is polished like glass. The stripes are smooth to the touch. Every single piece of chrome and trim is new. The glass is new. It has correct T-3 headlights. The SS wheels are restored like new, has correct trim rings. Correct reproduction Goodyear Polyglass tires. Jambs are spotless, new weatherstrips, sill plates, latches and hardware.
INTERIOR: Immaculate from carpet to headliner. The seats have new cushions, the upholstery fits like a glove. All new carpet, door panels, armrests, headliner, visors etc. Everything on the dash is pristine- vents, heater controls, knobs, vents, etc. Features include factory gauges, am-fm, tilt wheel, bucket seats, console, power windows and a remote mirror. Everything functions- radio plays clearly, clock works. Behind the passenger seat is a tire cover. I was pleased to see under the cover is a pristine SS wheel on a matching reproduction Polyglass tire. The jack assembly is pristine. This is a sign of a no expense spared restoration.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Wear your mask, I don't want anyone breathing on it, it is so clean. Detailed to the max just like it left the factory. The numbers and codes that are on the motor match the car. It has correct everything from the carb to the spark plug wires. It has correct GM hoses and clamps. That's an actual reproduction Delco battery, not a topper. Look in here real close, every single component is proper and pristine. Features include factory air conditioning, upgraded with R134 freeon, power steering, power brakes and a complete and functional cowl induction system. It can't get any nicer.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Inside the bed has straight, clean metal. It is painted and clear coated real slick. The tailgate opens and closes like its new. The latches, cables and hardware are new. It even has the correct rubber flaps and clips under it.
UNDERSIDE: The bottom of this car is amazing! It's detailed to the max, it even has the assembly line markings and stickers reapplied. The body was removed from the frame and flipped on a rotisserie. The floors, braces, inner rockers and quarters are immaculate metal. Painted red oxide primer with a gloss clear coat. It has the proper drain plugs. The chassis was stripped and painted gloss black. The front and back suspension is completely rebuilt. The brake system is completely replaced. Has disc in front and complete e-brake assembly. All new fuel system- lines, sending unit, straps and a new tank with correct label. New factory correct exhaust system. Even the bottom of the motor is spotless. The Muncie M-20 4-speed and linkage look new. The matching vin #s and codes are stamped on the trans. The driveshaft and u-joints look new. It has an original 12 bolt 3.31 posi rear.
Of all the cars that have come through our doors, this would be in the running as one of the best ever. The closer you look the more impressed you will be. The truck and all it's options are free. You're not even paying full price for the restoration, this is a $100,000 job! I'm really impressed.
I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle.
Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail.
