Loaded- a/c, ps, pdb, deluxe interior, factory gauges, RS-SS!

This is loaded with desirable options and features! An RS-SS with cold a/c, big block, 4-speed, deluxe houndstooth interior with factory gauges plus a much more. I drove it home and was very impressed. Don't tell the guys buying the $100,000+ Camaros on our site, but this is one of the best all around driving and functioning Camaros we have. I bought this and a 55 Chevy from a collector in Alabama.

EXTERIOR: Like I said, right out of Alabama. It has a very dry, clean body. I'm looking down each side and it's laser beam straight. All the gaps are nice and square. Painted Lemans blue with a custom stripe. The metal flake is laid out evenly, clear coat is polished smooth and glossy. The stripe is smooth to the touch. The bright white vinyl top really pops, looks new. Upfront the rally sport hidden headlights do open and close. The lenses, grill, bumper and spoiler all look like they've been replaced. The stainless trim around the windows has been replaced. In back it has the reverse lights below the bumper which is a rally sport feature. The bumper looks new. It has the exterior trim group. New windshield, the rest of the glass is tinted. The weatherstrips were replaced. The 17 inch Boyd Coddington wheels are highly polished. They have Kumho performance tires, they are wider in back.

INTERIOR: Full of factory accessories. It has a full deluxe interior which has the molded door panels, houndstooth upholstery and rosewood trim on the dash and console. It also has a rosewood deluxe wheel. Full set of factory gauges including tachometer and clock. It also has upgraded retro stereo with 6x9 speakers in back. Carpet looks new, it has embroidered floor mats. Overall it is a very nice, unabused interior. Dome light and console lights work. It has a complete set of GM seatbelts. The kick panels, headrests, heater controls all look real good. Theres some minor age shoeing in a few places.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It has a 454 big block motor that runs strong. On top is an Edelbrock intake, dual feed Holley carb with an electric choke and HEI ignition system. It has custom headers on each side. In front of the motor is billet brackets, pulleys and serpentine belt system. It has a chrome alternator and a modern power steering with a remote reservoir. It runs cool with an aluminum water pump, fan on the motor and an auxiliary electric fan. Completely updated heat and a/c system. It has an Optima battery, bolted down properly and the cables look new. It has new horns, the squirters are hooked up. It feature power brakes. A Clifford alarm system was installed.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Rock solid trunk compartment. I looked up inside the quarters, I don't see any cuts or splices, they appear to be the originals. It has sound deadener material on the floor with a plaid mat over it. It's been spatter painted gray and white, bottom of the trunk lid and the jamb are painted gloss blue. It has a rally wheel spare, no jack. The weatherstrip has been replaced.

UNDERSIDE: It is not detailed but I'll tell you what, the floors are really dry clean metal. The components have been replaced or rebuilt. The front end has been completely rebuilt including the ball joints, bushings etc. It has frame connectors tying the front to the back. The rear suspension has been rebuilt, it has gas shocks all the way around. There is a custom dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. Replaced fuel system including the tank, straps and sending unit. It has disc brakes in front, the e-brake assembly is hooked up. Looking up at the motor the Chevy orange is clean, it has a high torque starter. A heavy duty scatter shield connects to the Muncie 4-speed transmission. Original 12-bolt rear end with 3.31 gears.

This Camaro has so much going for it. Loaded with very desirable features. It isn't a perfect trailer queen but it is a very nice, great looking car that drives and functions better than most of them!
