Same owner since 1976! This Mustang is restored to look great, it really has a great appearance. It's also a great driver. The 302 had a performance rebuild. Power steering and power disc brakes make it easy.

EXTERIOR: The body and paint are actually really impressive. It is laser beam straight from any angle you look at it. All the panels line up beautifully. The bright red paint seems to be extra glossy, polished very smooth. Tastefully l hand pinstriped. All the glass is crystal clear. All the chrome and trim is sparkling. It has sport mirrors and a Mach 1 scooped hood. The custom aluminum wheels are polished bright and they have BFGoodrich tires. The door jambs are painted real slick and has new weather strips.

INTERIOR: Very clean, unabused interior. The upholstery, carpet, door panels, headliner, visors are excellent. The dash area is in very nice shape. It has a custom stereo with 4 speakers.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: The engine compartment is not show quality but is proper and respectable. It has a rebuilt 302 motor, the rebuilders tag is attached to the motor. It was upgraded with Edelbrock carb, headers and a custom ignition system. It features power steering and power brakes. It looks complete- horns, washer bottle is hooked up, battery bolted down.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It was spatter painted. Bottom of the trunk and the jamb was painted red. It has original jack and a spare. The weather strip was replaced.

UNDERSIDE: It's been left original overall, maintained as needed. The frame rails and torque boxes look solid. Overall the floors are solid but has some rust in the lower floor pan and in the radiator core support. It has disc brakes up front, e-brake assembly is hooked up. The dual exhaust is in real nice shape. It looks like the fuel tank and sending unit have been replaced. Starter looks new. Has automatic transmission.

This Mustang is ready to drive and enjoy. It really looks great, the appearance is as good as most of my cars priced 3 and 4 times higher. It runs and functions great. Mustang is probably the most popular collector car, popular all over the world. Easy to work on, easy to get parts (stock and custom), great resale. For $19,998 how can you go wrong?
