#s match motor, trans, 4.10 posi and colors. Very authentic!

This is a #s matching 340 hp with # matching 4-speed and 4.11 posi. It is also a very desirable factory red-red car. This one really appears to be a good honest car.

EXTERIOR: According to the tag it is a factory Riverside red car. The body is excellent, I'm very impressed after my inspection. No damage and it fits very nicely. The doors fit square all around, the headlights fit nice. It's an older paint job that shows really well. It has a smooth, glossy finish with some nicks and minor imperfections. The headlights do open and close. The bumpers shine bright, inserts on the hood are excellent. The trim around the windshield is shiny and straight. The gas door has been replaced. The hubcaps are excellent. There is an oil change sticker from 1983 showing 85,700 miles, now it has 91,152.

INTERIOR: According to the trim tag it is a factory red interior car. It shows really well. Carpet front to back has been replaced. The seats have been reupholstered, new red seat belts. It features power windows. The console is very good original, it has correct 4-speed lock out shifter with the black ball. All the gauges are in excellent shape, it has the correct 6500 redline tachometer and 80 lb oil pressure gauge for a 340 hp car. Original glove box door unique to 1963. Original AM-FM radio. The headliner and visors are mint. The dash pads are excellent. The door panels have been redyed and they look like new.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Original vin number matching 327 with optional 340 hp. It has original double hump heads, aluminum intake, finned aluminum Corvette valve covers, stock exhaust manifolds, correct oil fill tube, correct air cleaner assembly. It has the ignition shielding. Overall very clean and proper.

UNDERSIDE: The undercarriage is clean and proper. The frame is solid, fiberglass floors are in great shape. I don't see any damage. The spare tire carrier looks good. First year for front and rear independent suspension. The brake hoses have been replaced. Bottom of the motor is clean Chevy orange. I can see the lower ignition shielding, correct canister type oil filter. Vin # matching Muncie 4-speed. Original, correctly dated, code CE 4.11 posi rear.

These split windows do nothing but go up in value. I have been watching them since I was a child, my dad was selling them in the 1970s. This one here is the one to have. The options, colors and originality really make it a good one.
