Body off frame restored 2 top roadster! 1 owner car most of it's life! The original owner had a body off frame restoration done about 15 years ago. It was then purchased by a collector in NC which is where we bought it. Corvette wasn't America's only sports car. This 2 seater roadster has a sporty 3-speed with overdrive, ram air scoop and a factory tachometer.

EXTERIOR: Classic styling right down to the tailfins. This one features both tops: a removable porthole hardtop and a convertible top. Very solid, clean body. No bubbles or damage. The hood and trunk fit square. Repainted it's original beautiful Starmist Blue. It has a very smooth glossy finish. Only a few minor flaws. The hardtop was repainted, the headliner, rubber and trim is overall very good. The white convertible is very nice. It's an original top frame, not the cheap reproduction. All the chrome is shiny and straight around the car. The windshield has some wiper marks at the corners. The jambs are real nice, weatherstrips were replaced. The rims are painted to match the car, they have reproduction hubcaps and white wall tires. The air enters the engine through the scoop on the hood and exits through the rear bumper, pretty cool!

INTERIOR: Beautiful 2 tone blue. The door panels and upholstery were replaced. Very nice original dash. These came with a full set of gauges including a tachometer. They are set in a machine turned bezel. A manual shifter is on the floor with the overdrive handle under the dash.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: This 312 runs great, it has a bit of a growl like a muscle car. It's looking good too with the engine dress up kit that includes finned valve covers, chrome air cleaner and breather. It's obvious the engine compartment was completely disassembled and restored. It all looks proper. The fuel lines are run neatly, has glass bowl filter, the carb is upgraded to a Holley. It has reproduction hose clamps, the battery is the correct size and mounted properly. It even has the washer fluid bag. The engine bay is painted nicely, the original trim tag is attached. It also has a factory power brake system.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: All clean metal painted blue. It has a complete liner kit that looks sharp. The spare rim is restored and has a matching whitewall that's never been used. The jack is restored. Weatherstrip was replaced.

UNDERSIDE: The body was lifted off the frame for a complete restoration. The underbody is all clean metal painted Starmist blue. The chassis was prepped and painted semi gloss black. The front end steering and suspension was rebuilt. Shocks were replaced all around. The brakes were rebuilt. E-brake is hooked up, lines were replaced. Exhaust looks good, it exits through the bumper. Fuel tank and lines were replaced. Looking up at the motor it is clean. It has the sporty manual shift 3-speed with overdrive. The u-joints were replaced. It has a few years on it but it looks like every component was rebuilt or replaced at the time of restoration.

Can you think of a more stylish vintage sports car? Shifting through the gears and hearing the rumble of this engine sounds like the perfect way to spend an afternoon.
