Fresh show quality restoration. Gorgeous sports car!

What a little knock out! The bright red paint, sparkling spoke wheels and glove soft leather are stunning. Great fun- top down, shifting gears, hearing the exhaust pop is a genuine European sportscar experience. We have a flashdrive with many photos showing this car completely disassembled and being restored. From the Claude O estate collection. He had a full-time mechanic maintaining his cars because he wanted to be able to drive any car at any time.

EXTERIOR: Very sexy! Sleak and curvy lines. We have pictures showing the body taken down to a shell. There is no rust or damage, it's straight and fits right. The Orient red is polished like glass. The chrome was replaced. Weatherstrips and gaskets were replaced. New optional chrome wire wheels with knock off spinners really make the car. Radial tires look new. The convertible top frame was restored, new black convertible. Original set of side windows have sliding plexiglass.

INTERIOR: It was completely gutted, even the dash was removed. The gauges were restored, it has a factory tachometer. The knobs, levers, bezels are excellent. The wood floors were replaced, sealed and caulked. Sound deadener was applied under the new carpet. The seats were apart, frames were painted, cushions replaced and new glove soft black leather with red piping. Matching center cushion. Door panels were replaced. New black cushions around the upper interior. New Moto Lita steering wheel, correct shifter.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: The entire engine bay is restored. The metal was prepped and painted red. The 1500 cc motor has dual SU carbs and runs great. Every component looks authentic and detailed. The heater box was completely taken apart and restored.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Clean metal was all prepped and painted gloss red. Original engine crank is included. Weatherstrip was replaced.

UNDERSIDE: Overall it's very clean. The chassis components are smooth metal painted satin black. The wood floors have been replaced. Up front has an independent suspension that looks like it has been serviced. There's miscellaneous new hardware. It also has rack and pinion steering. Drum brakes all around are working well. Single exhaust with dual tips coming out the muffler. Looking up at the motor it is very clean. The 4-speed is rebuilt. Fuel tank is gloss black it has an electric fuel pump.

A lot of fun in a pretty package. In today's world the price of this car is a bargain. The restoration would cost double. Anyone would be proud to own and be seen in this one!
