1 of only 447 GT-390 with a 4-speed in a convertible were made! Of those only 37 had this amazing color combination. This one is outstanding. You don't have to take my word for it either; it's won many top awards at Fairlane shows. The owner is a fanatic. We sold this car for him several years ago and he missed it so much he tracked it down and bought it back. It is a genuine car documented with the deluxe Marti Report. Over the last couple years the owner made several upgrades while maintaining its original look. The 390 was internally modified, trans was upgraded from a 4-speed to a 5-speed, suspension was upgraded too.

EXTERIOR: Wow, what a beauty! The body is laser straight, gaps are precise. No rust or damage. Repainted its original Raven Black color, rare, only 88 convertibles were this color The paint is polished like glass. Only a few minor flaws if you look for them. Jambs are slick, weatherstrips were replaced. Red GT stripes look great. All the chrome and trim is shiny. Black convertible top is in excellent shape. The GT wheels sparkle and have red center caps. BFG radial redline tires.

INTERIOR: Rare factory red interior. Extremely rare factory tachometer too. Dash area is very clean. Dash pad was replaced, has optional deluxe wheel. A stereo is hidden in the glovebox. Door panels and trim is mint. The 5-speed Hurst fits in the factory console. The upholstery is very nice. Carpet is very nice, has matching mats. A set of gauges are neatly installed under the dash. Nice set of red seatbelts front and back. Interior lights work. It has a leather key chain from the original dealer. Very tidy throughout.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: The 390 motor was recently completely rebuilt. It's been bored and stroked to a 436. It is making 463 hp and 498 lbs of torque on a dyno. Aluminum heads were flow tested; cam was cut for this application. On top it has an aluminum intake, dual feed Holley carb and an MSD ignition system. The motor was painted blue and dressed up to look stock. Correct chrome valve covers, air cleaner assembly and even the decals. Reproduction hoses and clamps. It has power brakes. Every component looks new. Everything is properly installed. The engine bay is painted gloss black.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Clean and complete. It has a 5th matching redline tire and GT wheel for a spare and the jack assembly all properly installed. All clean metal painted gloss black. Nice trunk mat, new well liner and weatherstrip.

UNDERSIDE: Suspension has been upgraded with Total Control Products. In front it has tubular upper and lower control arms with QA1 adjustable coil over shocks, a bigger swaybar and custom torsion bars. In back it has tubular traction bars and dual adjustable gas shocks. In addition to that all the steering, ball joints, springs, bushings have been replaced. Great sounding dual exhaust system with a crossover pipe and Flowmaster mufflers. The brake system has been rebuilt and maintained, disc in front. E-brake assembly is hooked up, lines and hoses have been replaced. Looking up at the motor it is spotless, has an extra capacity oil pan. Upgraded Tremec 5-speed transmission. New centerforce clutch, flywheel assembly and shifter. Rebuild drive shaft. Rebuilt rear end with Richmond 3.50 posi. Solid floors, no rust.

I can vouch that the owner of this car treated it like one of his children. It is detailed and dialed in very well. I'm sure the next owner will be very pleased.
