Rust free California car. Power steering & brakes.

California car with clean original metal. Very desirable 65 Impala, everyone loves the round taillights. This car feels right. It runs, steers and rides smooth. It would make a great cruiser.

EXTERIOR: Los Angeles built car and it must have lived out west. The body appears to be very clean. I did not see any rust or damage. It is straight and fits right. It was custom painted deep burgundy metallic with a marbleized finish. A couple of white stripes give it even more pop. Overall good chrome and trim. It has dual bowtie mirrors and a rear mount antenna. It's rollin' on 20s with performance tires.

INTERIOR: Overall good. Custom upholstered door panels. The seats were reupholstered with cloth inserts. Headliner is like new. The dash area is good, not cut or broken. It has a custom stereo system with a modern Sony unit in the glovebox, speakers in the kick panels and rear deck. It has sub woofers and amp in the trunk.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Great running 350 with an aluminum intake, Holley carb, HEI ignition and headers. Dressed up with chrome valve covers, air cleaner and alternator. Upgraded aluminum radiator. It has power steering and brakes.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Solid metal floors and quarters

UNDERSIDE: The floors appear to be completely rust free original metal. The braces and rockers are dry too. Overall, the components look to be original, replaced or serviced as needed. There are polyurethane swaybar bushings in front, air shocks in back. Dual exhaust has Flowmaster mufflers. Drum brakes all around, e-brake assembly is hooked up. Bottom of the motor is clean. It has a Turbo 350 automatic and a 12 bolt rear end.

Not a frame off restored show car that gets trailered. It is still a show car because it's a 65 Impala with custom touches. The difference is that this car gets driven and enjoyed. Room for the whole family!

I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle. Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail. **These cars are displayed in a museum. If interested in a particular car make an appointment with a salesman to see that car. Without an appointment there is an admission fee to enter the showroom. If you buy a car, your admission will be refunded and you will be given a 1 year membership.
