Body off restoration on a low mile mint car!

This is actually one of the nicest cars we have here. They started with a pampered, virgin body low mile car. It was given some restoration and upgrades. It is a show condition car with alot of original qualities still evident.

EXTERIOR: This is a completely rust free, damage free body. There isn't a straighter one out there. It fits like a new Lexus, all the body gaps are tight. Door shuts like a new car. When I say it's a glass finish, I mean front to back and top to bottom. I can see the reflection of the ground at the bottom of the car like a mirror. Montero red is it's factory color too. The chrome and trim is exceptionally nice as well. The bumpers have been rechromed. All the trim including grills, emblems, headlight bezels, tail panel trim, stainless moldings are mint. Even the anodized trim around the window frames are excellent. Jambs are spotless. The weatherstrips and window seals are all excellent. It gets a little added pizazz from the 15 inch American Racing polished aluminum wheels. The BFG tires look new.

INTERIOR: The interior is all original except carpet and it's near new condition. The upholstery, headliner and door panels are original and except for a little nick or tear still show really well. Where it really stands out is in the details. I'm sitting in the car looking at the dash and it is spotless. The knobs, heater controls emblems, horn ring still sparkle. Instrument bezel and instruments still look new. Nothing is cut or altered, the original radio still sparkles too. Non smoker car, the ashtray and lighter are clean. It has the optional deluxe seatbelts. It has new carpeted floor mats.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It is restored to show condition. The original 326 motor has a few upgrades- Edelbrock aluminum intake, Demon carb, headers and an HEI ignition system. The motor is painted nice, chrome valve covers and air cleaner are new. It has a shiny new upgraded power brake system. All the components are in excellent shape- power steering hoses, battery cables, fan shroud, brackets, pulleys etc. The windshield squirters are even run properly. The inner fenders, firewall and core support is all painted a gloss black. Bottom of the hood is painted red and has the insulation pad.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Rock solid original metal with a really nice durable coat of spatter paint. Has a clean jack, spare and rubber mat. Bottom of the trunk lid and jamb are painted real nice, new weatherstrip seal.

UNDERSIDE: Underneath looks better then new, it's glossier. There is no rust. Floors are original clean metal. The frame was removed from the body, cleaned and painted gloss black. Upfront the steering and suspension is completely rebuilt. Has been upgraded to disc brakes. The bottom of the motor and the transmission are spotless. It also has upgraded sway bars, new shocks, starter, fuel pump, body bushings etc. Look at the exhaust, it's beautiful. It is a stainless system that was polished like chrome. Has Magnflow mufflers, x-pipe and splitter tips.

This really is an exceptional car. When you start with a mint original the end result is always so much better. This car is handsome, reliable a pleasure to look at and drive. It's a bit unique too, people will want to check it out!
