Rare! Factory a/c, ps, pdb, V8, auto. Restored like new.

Loaded! Back in the day trucks were work horses, most were 6 cylinders with manual transmissions. Usually no frills, no comfort features, no pizazz. This deluxe C-10 has it all. A 283 V-8 with an automatic is rare, power steering and brakes would be very unusual, factory air conditioning would be unheard of!
It has been meticulously restored from the ground up to like new condition.

EXTERIOR: Most likely nicer than it was when new. The body is pristine. Arrow straight, no rust, dents or damage. Beautiful Crystal Turquoise color. The paint is polished like glass, I didn't see any flaw. It's the Custom which gives it the added trim. The standard has painted bumpers and grill. This has all new chrome grill, bumpers, stainless trim in the windshield gaskets, side moldings and gas cap. It also has optional bumper guards. New emblems, mirrors, door handles and tailgate hardware. New rear window, original windshield. The rims are restored, new hubcaps and reproduction BFG Silvertown tires. New weatherstrip and gaskets.

INTERIOR: The entire inside of the cab is repainted turquoise. The carpet, upholstery and visors were replaced. The armrests, window cranks and handles were replaced. The instruments, lenses, steering wheel look new. Ultra rare air conditioning vents and controls built into the dash. This meant relocating the ashtray under the dash which is a hard part to find. Seat belts have been added.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Detailed to like new factory condition. Correct 283 V-8 dated 1964. Stock manifolds, valve covers, carb and air cleaner. The factory air conditioning system was restored and updated with R134 freon. It also features power steering and power brakes. Every component looks new- alternator, brackets, pulleys, wiring harness etc. The radiator, shroud, fan, reproduction hoses and clamps look new. The engine bay is smooth metal very neatly painted.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Inside the bed is pristine. New oak boards are clear coated. New stainless strips and hardware. The metal is perfectly smooth, no rust or damage. It looks like it's only hauled pillows!

UNDERSIDE: Rust free floors, rockers and frame. They were prepped and painted semi gloss black. The brake system was restored, upgraded to disc in front. The front was gone through- balljoints, pitman arm, all 4 shocks were replaced. It has dual exhaust with Dynomax mufflers. Looking up at the motor it is spotless, fresh starter and flywheel cover. The Powerglide automatic looks fresh.

I bought this because of the whole package. Colors, quality and options. Don't compare to something similar, this one has it ALL!
