Ground up restored to factory condition.

Correct engine and components. Factory dual quad high performance motor. Body off frame restored to factory condition. It passed our mechanical inspection with flying colors; the lead mechanic went out of his way to tell me it is a really good Vette.

EXTERIOR: The body is claimed to be all original and it looks great! It's straight, the doors click shut. No damage, I did not see any cracks or body work. Repainted original Venetian Red with white coves. It is smooth and glossy. You would have to look really close to find any flaws. The chrome has been redone or replaced. American Classic white walls on red rims. Reproduction hubcaps with spinners. Windshield was replaced. The white convertible top is in excellent shape. The optional white hardtop is in good original shape. A new weatherstrip is included.

INTERIOR: It is restored to original condition. The waffle pattern upholstery, kick panels and door panels were replaced. The correct tight loop carpet and mats are in great shape. The dash area is very nice. All the gauges look good, the optional Wonder Bar radio works. It has optional courtesy lights, e-brake indicator light, seatbelts and an owner's manual.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Original 283-245 hp with the optional dual quads. Correct casting and stamped codes, the pad has correct broach marks indicating it has not been restamped. It has the correct GM aluminum intake with dual Carter 4 barrel carbs, correct fuel lines with the gas bowl filter and correct air cleaners. It also has correct finned aluminum valve covers and exhaust manifolds. Correct ignition shielding. Reproduction hoses and clamps. It has the right generator with cable driven tachometer. Correct dual point distributor. Everything looks clean and proper like it would have when it was new.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and inside is painted nicely. It is complete with a spare, correct mat and soft weatherstrip. A soft car cover and scissors jack are included.

UNDERSIDE: The body was off the frame when the car was restored. The fiberglass floors are in excellent shape, I don't see any damage. The chassis is smooth, solid metal painted. The front end steering and suspension was all rebuilt. Shocks were replaced all around. It has the rear axle travel straps in place. Correct dual exhaust system is in excellent shape and goes out through the back bumpers. The brake system was restored: brake lines and hoses were replaced, e-brake is hooked up. Looking up at the motor it is clean Chevy Orange. It has original starter, canister type oil filter and correct fuel pump. It also has a correct T10 4-speed transmission. It looks fresh including the linkage.

CONCLUSION: This is a very nice car. The fit, finish and function are impressive. Priced under the others on the market and it's as good or better!
