PHS documented GTO. Clean NC car, 3.90 posi!

Not perfect but a very honest, clean GTO. It's real, documented by Pontiac Historical Service. Low frills but plenty of thrills! A 400 with a 4-speed and 3.90 posi.

EXTERIOR: Dry, clean body. Sold new in North Carolina. I just looked down each side of the car and it's straight. The panels fit nice. Repainted its original Warwick blue color. It is an older paint job, has some flaws but still shows real well. Dressed up with the stripe, new hood tachometer and restored Rally ll wheels. They were repainted, has correct lug nuts, center caps and trim rings. Tires look like they're new. The windshield is crystal clear, vinyl top is excellent. Has it's original antenna, door handles and mirror look new. All the stainless trim around the windows, roof, wheel wells, rocker moldings are straight and shiny. Tail lights look nice, rear bumper is rechromed. Door jambs are painted nicely, bottom of the doors are clean. Has new weatherstrips and sill plates. The front rubber bumper fits the body nicely, as the typical hairline cracks in the paint. The grills look to be very nice.

INTERIOR: Very clean and unabused interior. The upholstery, door panels, armrests, show very well. Plastic seat trim is really nice, not beat up. The dash pad is in mint condition, I don't see any cracks. Carpet is real nice, has all of it's original seatbelts. The headliner and visors are excellent. They did update it with some white LED interior lights. It also has a new retro stereo, the original is also included. It also has a nice looking gauge cluster below the dash with a 12 volt receptacle to plug in your devices.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Has correct 1969 400 motor. Upgraded with an Edelbrock intake that's been painted to match the motor. Has stock exhaust manifolds, valve covers, air cleaner. Firewall is very clean. All the components are clean, washers are hooked up, has fan shroud, hoses look good, reproduction clamps. Everything is clean and tidy.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Super dry clean metal, I don't see any patches or signs of rust. Even the quarter panels look to be original, I don't see splices or seams. Very neatly painted spatter finish. The bottom of the trunk lid is glossy, has the decals, the latches are detailed. The jamb is real nice, weatherstrip looks new.

UNDERSIDE: It has been cleaned and painted. The floors look very dry. Bottom of the motor is clean, trans looks fresh. It's a Muncie 4-speed. Rear end is a 10 bolt with 3.90 posi. Dual exhaust looks recent, has correct stainless tips.

Again, it is a good honest car that does not look abused. Clean metal, sharp color. Ready to enjoy!
