Real Henry Ford all steel with Ford driveline!

This is a genuine Henry Ford steel 1937 cabriolet. Upgraded with modern driveline and a Carson top.



EXTERIOR: This is a real Henry Ford 1937 Ford. All steel fenders and body, has a lift off Carson top. Painted in stunning Prowler orange. The body is in excellent shape- straight, no signs of rust or damage that I found. The metal flake is laid out evenly, the clear coat looks wet and is polished smooth. The body welting is color matched. It has original style bumpers. Upfront it has glass Ford script teardrop headlights. In back it has frenched tear drop taillights and a 3rd brake light above the trunk. It also has a power antenna that is flush when down and a tear drop fuel door. The handles have been shaved and filled for a clean look. Doors and trunk open by remote. The lift off top is upholstered in German cloth. The wheels are staggered size polished Torque Thrusts.

INTERIOR: 4 adults can comfortably fit in this one. Upfront it has reclining, adjustable bucket seats. Everything is upholstered in tweed. The headliner is upholstered to match. The dash is painted beautifully like the exterior. It has a really nice looking gauge cluster and a/c vents. A nice cushion grip wheel is on a tilt column. The pedals, mirror, door handles are polished billet. Great sounding stereo has round kick panel speakers and 6x9s in the back. Between the seats is a chrome Lokar emergency brake and something you don't see often in these- a 5 speed shifter! Also has cupholders- nice. Some nice embroidered V-8 floor mats are on the floor.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: A rebuilt 302 fuel injected H.O. motor from a 1992 Mustang moves this Ford. It runs spot on, smooth and responsive. It's a show quality motor compartment. The engine bay, firewall and intake are painted like the exterior. It has a fair amount of chrome to dress it up. The wiring and components are installed very neatly. It has a custom stainless braided dipstick. New custom steering linkage. A big electric fan and aluminum radiator keep it cool. Has serpentine belt system.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It has a power lift and lower trunk lid. It's been boxed and upholstered to match the interior including the bottom of the trunk lid. There is a CD changer.

UNDERSIDE: The bottom of this car is meticulously built. Everything looks properly installed and detailed. Every single item looks new down to the hardware. It has Fatman Fabrication custom frame painted gloss black. Mustang ll independent front suspension was completely restored. Has sway bar and rack & pinion steering. New steering linkage. Rear suspension is new too, has parallel leaf springs and swaybar. All new brake system- disc in front with braided stainless hoses, new lines, e-brake assembly is complete. Power brake booster and master are located under the car. New fuel system includes custom tank, new lines etc. Bottom of the motor and bell housing are painted the color of the car. Has high torque starter. Tremec 5-speed trans, new clutch. New driveshaft connects to a Ford rear end with approximately 3.00 gears. Has custom exhaust with crossover pipe and stainless Hushpower mufflers. The floors are all solid metal sprayed with a rubberized coating.
